Position Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Evaluate residents and patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive outcomes
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and caregivers
• Promote dignity, independence, and the highest possible quality of life

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska Speech Language Pathologist license
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Professional integrity and positive attitude
• Commitment to excellence and outstanding patient outcomes
