About the position
This entry-level role assists customers with questions, returns, store services, and issue resolution in a busy onsite environment.

Hands-on responsibilities

· Provide face-to-face customer assistance

· Handle routine returns, exchanges, pickups, or service requests

· Explain store policies and available services

· Coordinate complex issues with supervisors or other departments

Work environment
This is an on-site position. The work is performed in a store, stockroom, warehouse, distribution center, production facility, or similar physical work environment, with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, coworkers, supervisors, drivers, or other onsite teams as applicable.

What we value: A strong entry-level candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet, able to communicate clearly with others, attentive to accuracy and safety, and willing to learn established procedures. Prior experience is helpful but is not required for many roles when employer training is provided.
