September 16, 2026 JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective Primarily responsible for supporting the business development and service efforts of assigned Advisor representative(s) of Burke & Herbert Wealth Management who assist customers with investment, estate and general financial planning needs. This position requires the completion of sales and service-related tasks and offers various career path opportunities along with the benefits of the structure, security, and resources of a premier community bank. Essential Functions

Help cultivate and grow financial planning relationships with customers for Burke & Herbert Bank. May execute transactions, conduct research, and prepare financial plans and presentations. Provide administrative, operational, and compliance-driven support to ensure client accounts and daily office workflows run smoothly. Other Duties Performs other duties as assigned. Ability to effectively and professionally interact with clients. Ability to manage time effectively. Ability to effectively collaborate with the bank and wealth management team. Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment This job operates in an office setting, the opportunity to telework is not available. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Office environment with job duties conducted via telephone, face to face meetings, and on the computer. Physical Demands This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and open cabinets. This position requires bending, stooping or standing as necessary. Travel Limited local travel may be required for this position. Education and Experience Related bachelor’s degree (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.) or equivalent related experience required. Computer literacy required, with an emphasis on using spreadsheet applications along with the ability to learn and develop proficiency using new programs. Industry related licenses such as FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, 65 or 66 preferred but not required. Opportunity to earn industry related certifications may be available. The anticipated salary range for this position is $20.00-$27.00 per hour. For Applicants located in Culpepper, VA (VA):

The anticipated salary range for this position is $22.00-$29.00 per hour. The ranges listed for Viriginia represent the good-faith compensation the Company reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and business needs. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonuses or incentive pay, where applicable.
