Responsibilities Lean Manufacturing Implementation: dive into the Bosch Production System, applying lean principles to optimize material flow and drive operational excellence. Value Stream Mapping & Improvement: collaborate on projects to analyze and enhance internal and external value streams, identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficiency‑boosting solutions. Cutting‑Edge Technology Integration: contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives by supporting the implementation of RFID technology, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), and other automation solutions. Plan for Every Part (PFEP) Management: develop, maintain, and leverage PFEP documentation to ensure seamless material flow and precise inventory management. Standardized Work Development: create and implement clear, efficient work procedures, including optimized milk run delivery processes. Real‑World Problem Solving: assist in analyzing and improving receiving and shipping operations, contributing to smoother and more efficient logistics processes.
