Our office seeks to find talent that desires to be so successful they outgrow our office and one day run their own insurance agency. Josh Baumgartner Insurance Inc is searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree OR currently pursuing a 4-year college degree.
- Personality that always wants to WIN and cannot stand losing.
