Business Development Coordinator

What You'll Do Support Business Development Success Partner closely with our Business Development Managers and leadership team to support strategic growth initiatives. Prepare business development reports, scorecards and activity tracking that help drive informed decisions. Coordinate calendars, meetings, follow-up communications and leadership initiatives. Support business development strategy sessions and leadership communications. Build, maintain and continually improve prospect and client records within our CRM. Research target companies and develop detailed account profiles. Create targeted prospect lists and audience segmentation for outreach campaigns. Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline reporting and lead management processes. Marketing & Communications Coordinate business development email campaigns and targeted communications. Assist with social media initiatives that strengthen the Rightsize brand and industry presence. Event Planning & Industry Engagement Help coordinate networking events, lunch & learns, trade shows and client experiences. Support our business development team before, during and after industry events. Create promotional materials, attendee communications and event content including photography and video. Market Research & Strategic Growth Monitor market activity, identify emerging opportunities and support strategic prospecting initiatives. Analyze lead data and market trends to help uncover new business opportunities. Continuously look for ways to improve business development processes and operational efficiency. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience supporting business development, sales, marketing or CRM administration. Experience with CRM platforms (NetSuite preferred). Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
