Qualifications Positive attitude and a strong team mentality Player‑focused mindset and a passion for creating memorable experiences Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus, but not required Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and walking throughout the shift Ready to stand on your feet for the majority of the shift and engage in active tasks Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide clear information to guests Responsibilities Role and Interaction with Players Welcome players and assist with check‑in, reservations, and any questions they have about their Topgolf experience.
