Restaurant Bartender

Summary We are looking for an outgoing and friendly Bartender to join our team! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of drinks to our guests, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for mixology, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Verify the customers’ ages Mix traditional and creative cocktails Process payment Clean glasses and bar utensils Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits Open and maintain tabs throughout the shift Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere Qualifications Preferred 1 year of bartending experience RBS unexpired certification Display knowledge of drink recipes, drink, and wine merchandising specials Excellent customer service and communication skills Read, write, and speak English fluently Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol Physical ability to stand or walk for long periods of time Hotel-Provided Perks Health & Wellness Coverage – Medical, dental, and vision insurance provided through the Union.
