Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:
Conduct initial evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to promote optimal physical function and mobility.
Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to address patient goals and progress, collaborating closely with the healthcare team.
Provide ongoing patient education and training on proper body mechanics, pain management, and self-care techniques.
Monitor and document patient progress, identifying areas of improvement and making adjustments to treatment plans accordingly.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care and coordination.

Requirements:
Earned Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
