The Center at Park West is looking to hire Physical Therapists now! $4000 Sign On Bonus and continuing education available! Shift Availability: FT, Part time or PRN (as needed) Pay is dependent on experience. Primary Responsibilities and Job Duties Identifying and meeting patients’ goals and needs Offering cost‑effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility Reducing the need for medications and providing alternatives to surgery Developing care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Creating fitness‑ and wellness‑oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs Providing quality, personalized, evidence‑based care and proven interventions Motivating patients during treatment to help them function optimally Promoting clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination Consulting and practicing with other health professionals Evaluating effects, monitoring and communicating progress Documenting patient care services About Us The Center at Park West is a skilled nursing facility that serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care.
