Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License .
• Primary Source Verification of RN License and Registration through the New York State Department of Education (NYSED) .
• Minimum 2 years of Critical Care (ICU) experience .
• Minimum 2 years of Conscious Sedation experience .
• Minimum 2 years of IV Insertion and Phlebotomy experience .
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Current AHA ACLS certification.
