Salary: $75,000 per year
Looking to make a move with a growing high energy pool company? St. Cyr Pool & Spa is growing fast and is in need of an experienced Renovation Foreman.
We are in search of a detail-oriented Team player who has experience with liner and safety cover installations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Liner and safety cover installs
- Ensure proper layout and elevations for each pool job
- Monitor and communicate with the construction teams throughout the day
- Work with dispatching to create efficient schedules and answer any scheduling questions
- Work with support staff to move the jobs along in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction, job completeness and invoice accuracy at each stage of the project
- Maintain payment schedule with customers
- Maintain proper gross margin on all projects by properly tracking job costs.
- Maintain an inventory of all items that the construction teams need
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Ensure companies standards and practices are maintained
- Collaborate with the service managers
Qualifications:
- Experience with concrete saws, core drills, jackhammer, shovels, digging, pool plumbing repairs and concrete mixing
- Ability to lead a team
- Experience in a construction or excavation business
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff
- Fast learner
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Late days and weekends may be needed during the peak of the season.
