Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse!

We are excited to offer a shift differential of $3.50 for hours worked between 10 PM and 6 AM . New graduates can start at an impressive wage of $42.50 per hour . Additionally, full-time employees are eligible for tuition reimbursement!

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
• Provide services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws and standards.
• Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary based on their evolving conditions.
• Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

• Possess a nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• Hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state, maintaining good standing throughout employment.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
• CPR certification is required upon hire or must be obtained during orientation, and it must remain current throughout employment.

• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
• Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
