A strong background in nonprofit accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance is essential. The role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in strengthening operational infrastructure and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to team leadership, be adept at mentoring staff, and have the ability to balance competing demands while promoting a culture of collaboration and belonging. Experience in health policy, health law, or a related advocacy environment is helpful but not required.
