Sales & Marketing Coordinator

(Beaver Dam, WI)  

Good Karma Sports and 95.3 WBEV are seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of station events, promotions, contests, and partner marketing initiatives in Beaver Dam. This role works closely with sales, content, production, and market leadership to develop creative campaigns, support marketing partnerships, and bring station and community events to life.

The ideal candidate is a creative, organized, and proactive teammate who enjoys managing multiple projects, collaborating across departments, and working in a fast-paced media environment. This position will require some evening and weekend availability.

Career responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Proactively support the sales team by creating and updating campaign materials, one-sheets, media kits, presentations, and partner wrap-up reports for social media, website, event, and other sponsorship initiatives.
• Support the sales team with order entry and coordinate with the Production Manager to obtain and process advertising copy and campaign materials.
• Partner with the General Manager and other teammates to develop new campaign, promotional, and event ideas.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise station events and activations, including brat fries, bus trips, watch parties, fairs, expos, remote broadcasts, and other community initiatives.
• Plan and execute events supporting the Children’s Radiothon, including the 27-hour auction, golf outing, and related fundraising activities.
• Coordinate station contests and promotional campaigns, including rules, documentation, graphics, winner coordination, and prize fulfillment.
• Maintain and continually update the promotional grid to ensure campaigns, contests, events, and on-air messaging are accurately scheduled and communicated.
• Collaborate with Content Managers and the Production Manager to ensure promotional messaging and materials are completed and placed on air in a timely manner.
• Serve as backup support for station social media content and posts.
• Submit supply and merchandise requests to the Team Ambassador for events, promotions, branding, and other marketing needs.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to support campaign development, event planning, content creation, reporting, and operational efficiency while maintaining accuracy, quality, and brand standards.
• Complete other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Preferred knowledge, skills and qualifications 

• Strong organizational, project-management, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and collaborative marketing mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, events, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing presentations, campaign materials, promotional content, or event recaps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar business applications.
• Experience with graphic design, social media, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally for events and station activities.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Hours/Salary/Benefits

This is a non-exempt role with overtime eligible for hours worked over 40 per week. The salary rate is to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.

The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends based on station events, promotions, and community activities.
