DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Specialist FLSA STATUS: Exempt JOB TYPE: Full-time DEPARTMENT: Executive Operations - 756 REPORTS TO: Chief Information and Technology Officer JOB SUMMARY The Digital Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for the systems, platforms, processes and execution that power our digital marketing programs. This role manages marketing technology, AI-enabled tools, website operations, campaign deployment, CRM data, analytics, and digital infrastructure to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, efficiently, and measurably. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Administer and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, automation platforms, CMS, analytics, and campaign infrastructure. Build, test, schedule, and deploy HTML email campaigns using Salesforce / Pardot Ensure CRM and marketing data integrity through regular auditing, segmentation, and list hygiene. Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement. Track campaigns using UTM parameters, analytics tags, and conversion tracking Support digital marketing programs like webinars, surveys, lead-gen campaigns, and marketing automation workflows. Manage and update multiple websites, landing pages, and forms across CMS platforms, ensuring content is accurate, optimized, and aligned with marketing campaigns. Identify opportunities to apply AI-powered tools that improve marketing workflows, automation, reporting, and digital operations. Analyze website performance using GA4, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms. Support digital technologies for trade shows and events, interactive displays, QR code activations, lead capture technologies, and other digital event experiences. Perform quality assurance testing for emails, web pages, forms, automation workflows, and campaign tracking. Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure approved assets are used Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on integrated marketing initiatives Troubleshoot marketing technology issues and recommend process improvements Maintain project documentation, marketing workflows, timelines, and best practices within our project management system (Wrike, Asana, Jira, etc.). Stays up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies. Willingness to learn corporate brand and products/equipment and their use and applications. Follows all safety rules and quality standards including all company policies and procedures. Performs job assignments in a safe and productive manner while maintaining high quality levels. Other duties as assigned. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. Five (5) to seven (7+) years of digital marketing experience (operations, automation, or technology) Ability to translate creative assets into effective digital experiences and marketing campaigns. Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and survey platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, SurveyMonkey, MS Dynamics, etc.). Experience managing website content using WordPress or comparable CMS platforms. Experience managing online forms, registrations, and surveys. Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong documentation habits. Adept with SEO, AEO, GEO. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. MS Office expertise, particularly Teams and Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High level of professionalism accompanied with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Must have excellent time management and organization skills, being able to prioritize multiple priorities at one time, and collaborate closely with team members, other departments, executive management, customers, partners, vendors, and other external parties. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written; while being flexible, creative and attentive to detail. Ability to work independently and as a team member. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS HTML/CSS, SEO Basic understanding of modern digital graphic design Webinar platform experience (i.e. Webex) A/B testing, lead scoring, and marketing automation GA4, Google Tag Manager Marketing attribution Basic SQL (nice to have) Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging marketing technologies, including AI solutions, to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
