Location: Las Vegas, NV | Full-Time | Pay: $45,189–$54,444 per year Are you highly organized, detail driven, and energized by live events? LMG is hiring a Project Coordinator to serve as the critical link between Operations and Show Services, ensuring every event leaves the warehouse accurate, complete, and ready for flawless execution. From coordinating with Account Executives to walking shows before trucks roll, you will play a key role in delivering the highest quality experience to our clients and production teams. What You’ll Be Doing As a Project Coordinator, you will manage communication, coordination, and quality assurance across departments for assigned events. Serve as liaison between Operations and Show Services for assigned events Communicate with Account Executives to confirm event requirements and special needs Partner with Equipment Logistics to verify accuracy of all orders Coordinate with Discipline Managers to ensure timely pile walks and order completeness Track sub rentals, transfers, and tight turns with the Floor Manager Maintain constant communication to ensure gear is pulled, labeled, and packaged correctly Verify show site logistics including dock access and delivery details Confirm trucking details and assist with calling the truck pack Walk show contents with Account Executives prior to loading, ensuring safety compliance Travel to show sites as needed to support load in and distribution Champion quality assurance across products, processes, and service What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Detail oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities Adaptability in a fast paced, live event environment Forklift or manlift certification is a plus Why Join LMG Be at the center of live event execution Collaborate across technical and operational teams Grow your career within a global live events organizationComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, flexible spending account, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and PTO starting at hire LMG is a Tobacco Free and Drug Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
