Join our dedicated team as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) where you'll work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to deliver exceptional rehabilitative care. We're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented PTA who is committed to patient success and eager to make a positive impact in our thriving clinic environment.We are open to part-time, full-time, and PRN shift preferences.Key Responsibilities:Implement treatment plans developed by supervising Physical TherapistsAssist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activitiesProvide therapeutic interventions including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and manual techniquesDocument patient responses to treatment and progress toward goalsCommunicate effectively with the supervising PT about patient statusMaintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment areaEducate patients and families about home exercise programs and equipment useParticipate in team meetings and contribute to clinic operationsQualifications:Associate's degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program or eligibility to obtain, preferredState license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in good standing or eligibility to obtain, preferredSuccessful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) for PTAs or eligibility to take exam, preferredStrong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic exercise principlesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare teamPhysical stamina to assist patients with mobility and perform treatmentsCompassionate and patient-centered approach to careExperienced and new graduates encouraged to apply!What We Offer:Join our team and experience a workplace that truly values your wellbeing and growth.
