As a Registered Nurse Infection Control Nurse IP, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents and patients. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures to minimize the risk of infection and disease transmission
• Conduct routine surveillance and monitoring of infection control practices and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to infection control
• Provide education and training to staff on infection control practices and protocols
• Investigate and report all suspected or confirmed cases of infection and disease transmission
• Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all infection control activities and results

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
