Allied Property Management is looking for aMake Readyto help manage the general maintenance of recently vacated apartments for market readiness and curb appeal of the apartment community. Checks air conditioning unit, heating unit, water heater, and contacts maintenance technician for more extensive repairs or replacements. Checks all doors and windows and re-keys locks. Repairs holes in walls and performs painting duties as needed. Assist maintenance technician as needed. Clean breezeways and parking lots by use of a blower or pressure washer. Polishes and varnishes cabinets and other woodwork as needed. Evaluates flooring for condition; shampoos carpet/vinyl, or replaces carpet/vinyl if needed Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business.
