Profitable, leading manufacturer with a diverse business mix is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to improve and elevate their recruitment processes for hourly and salary staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to a VP of HR and supervise one staff recruiter. Responsibilities will include: Champion the salary and hourly recruitment strategy to fill positions in a timely manner Develop internship and apprenticeship programs Promote community involvement and awareness as a premier employer Lead the salary recruitment process and supervise the hourly recruitment efforts Utilize current and develop future recruitment tools Develop standardized interview and onboarding processes Manage open requisitions and update management on status of unfilled positions Work with hiring teams on interviewing compliance Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts Lead college and community job fair programs Work to continuously improve talent acquisition programs Utilize the current HRIS system and work to improve functionality Manage the recruitment budget Manage any current contingent service provider relationships Other duties as directed by management This is a leadership role that requires qualified candidates to take immediate ownership of the department and champion improvement of KPIs and processes. There are critical hourly recruitment needs and salary openings! Candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision and direction; this is not an entry level position. REQUIREMENTS for the Talent Acquisition Manager: 1. A bachelor's degree is highly preferred, experience will be considered in lieu of a degree 2. At least 5 years of similar manufacturing talent acquisition management experience 3. Experience leading and creating recruitment efforts for hourly and salary team members 4. Experience recruiting technical roles, such as engineering, skilled trades, etc. 5. Experience improving successful recruitment strategies 6. A proven leadership background, ideally overseeing others 7. HRIS system experience 8. Microsoft Office Skills preferred but NOT required: 1. Experience recruiting for skilled trades 2.
