Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care. Conduct regular assessments of nursing operations and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and ongoing education among nursing staff. Travel to various facilities in Ohio, with minimal notice, to support nursing operations and provide on-site guidance.Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Ohio. Minimum 3+ years of RN experience, with a focus on nursing leadership or management. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field, with a Master's or Doctoral degree preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
