Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate creation of daily pick lists reflecting required shipments.
• Ensure that staged shipments exactly match paperwork and meet customer requirements.
• Ensure that loaded shipments exactly match paperwork and meet customer requirements.
• Ensure that all shipments are posted.
• Interface with production scheduling and customer service to ensure that all shipments are correct and to schedule 100% of the time.
• Ensure that completed shipments are forwarded to customer service, all ASN'S are sent per customer requirements.
• Assists shipping and receiving supervisor where necessary.
• Perform other related duties as instructed by management.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years related experience as a shipper/receiver or material handler preferred.
• Experience communicating with customers preferred.
• Knowledge of computer applications necessary, particularly Excel.
• Escore knowledge would be an asset.
• Must have completed grade 12.
