Senior Director / Principal / AVP – AI Strategy
Remote – United States
Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 + Bonus
- Fully remote opportunity with executive-level visibility
- Lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives for Fortune 2000 organizations
- Work directly with C-suite leaders across healthcare, insurance, finance, and operations
- High-impact role focused on GenAI, automation, and business transformation

Seeking a senior AI strategist with strong business transformation experience across either Healthcare/Insurance environments or Finance & Accounting operations.
This role is focused on helping enterprise clients modernize operations using AI, automation, analytics, and GenAI solutions. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to shape AI strategies, redesign workflows, identify operational inefficiencies, and build scalable transformation roadmaps.
The ideal candidate combines executive presence, consulting capability, business process expertise, and strong AI understanding.
Responsibilities- Lead executive discovery sessions, workshops, and AI transformation engagements
- Translate business challenges into AI-driven operational solutions
- Build ROI models, business cases, and value realization strategies
- Support pre-sales activities, proposal development, and strategic client presentations
- Design AI-enabled transformation strategies across finance, operations, customer experience, or healthcare workflows
- Drive modernization initiatives involving automation, analytics, workflow orchestration, and GenAI solutions
- Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and data teams to shape scalable solutions
- Improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and back-office performance using AI technologies
- Present complex AI concepts in business-friendly language to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced transformation environments
- 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, business transformation, consulting, or enterprise modernization
- Strong background in one or more of the following:
- Healthcare, Insurance, PBM, Provider, Payer, or HealthTech
- Finance & Accounting transformation including R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, revenue cycle, claims finance, or financial operations
- Experience leading AI, automation, analytics, or GenAI initiatives within enterprise environments
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with pre-sales, solution consulting, value engineering, or transformation consulting
- Understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, automation, and enterprise data ecosystems
- Ability to connect technical AI capabilities to measurable business outcomes
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Consulting or advisory experience with enterprise clients
- Experience engaging
