Now Hiring: Charge Nurse (LPN or RN)

This Charge Nurse position may be filled by either Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or a Registered Nurse (RN). Compensation is based on the license you hold and your relevant experience.

Compensation by Licensure

• LPN: $26.00 - $35.13 per hour
• RN: $36.00 - $45.00 per hour

Starting pay is determined by licensure, relevant years of experience, qualifications, skills, and certifications.

• Full-time: 3-11 pm
• Part-time: 3-11 pm

Role Overview:

As a Charge Nurse, you will provide guidance and leadership to nursing assistants, deliver hands-on care, and manage medication administration for our residents. We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a compassionate, caring nature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments.
• Collaborate with physician services for optimal resident care.
• Administer medications accurately and safely.

Qualifications:

• RN or LPN License with the State
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Compassionate, accountable, flexible, and with a positive attitude
