What You’ll Do
- Quote and sell auto, home, and umbrella insurance
- Build strong client relationships
- Update customer information
- Attend training, meetings, and coaching sessions
- Meet or exceed sales and quality goals
Schedule
- Training: 8:30am–5:00pm MST (Hybrid) M-F
- Post‐Training: M–F, 6am–5:30pm MST (8‐hr shift within window)
- Shift bids after training
Requirements
- MUST have Active Personal Lines or P&C License
- 1 year or more of sales experience
- Ability to multitask and have awesome attention to detail
- Ability to meet company required quotas and metrics
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Must live within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ and be able to commute onsite.
