Skilled Nursing Visit Nurse (RN or LPN) Heroes in Scrubs Wanted!

Location: Central Florida (Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties)
Schedule: Flexible Visits

Ongoing training for specialized care (vent, trach, g-tube, pediatric, and more).

What Youll Do

Complete Start of Care (SOC) assessments in accordance with state and agency guidelines
Perform skilled nursing visits, including wound care, medication management, patient education, and chronic disease monitoring
Develop and update individualized care plans
Communicate with physicians, case managers, and the interdisciplinary team
Document accurately and timely in the EMR
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes

Requirements

Active Florida RN or LPN license
Current CPR certification
Compassion, patience, and a sense of humor (seriously it helps!)
TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
Experience with pediatric or adult high-acuity care is a plus but well train the right nurse!
Must have reliable transportation
