Responsibilities: • Conduct initial consultations with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences. • Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about new listings, market trends, and transaction progress. • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listed properties, including staging, photography, and virtual tours. • Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective buyers. • Organize and host open houses for listings to attract potential buyers and gather feedback. • Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for our clients. • Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions. Qualifications: • Self-motivation and drive. • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills. • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies. Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
