Required Skills:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or on track to graduate
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in Texas
• Passion for patient-centered care and building long-term relationships
• Ability to evaluate, treat, and develop individualized care plans
• Strong collaborative skills to work alongside a rehab team and engaged leadership
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Prior outpatient therapy experience is a plus but not required
• New clinicians encouraged to apply and build confidence in a supportive environment

Other Requirements:

• Valid Texas license or license eligibility
• Ability to work flexible scheduling options
• Commitment to ongoing professional development through CEUs and tuition reimbursement
