Rick Mottern State Farm Agency is seeking a driven, professional, and growth-oriented Sales Producer to join our team in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship management

• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate insurance and financial services solutions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service

• Schedule appointments, generate quotes, and guide prospective clients through the sales process

• Collaborate with agency leadership to execute growth and marketing initiatives

• Consistently work toward individual and team production goals

Qualifications
