Details Acute care hospital setting within the Radiology department Performs CT imaging on adult and pediatric patients across all areas Uses EPIC EMR along with Canon/Toshiba and Fuji Synapse equipment 3 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend, with day and evening shift availability 36 guaranteed hours per week No weekend or holiday work required for travelers No call requirements 2 CT Techs staffed for inpatient coverage and 1 for outpatient No lead tech assigned; reports to Radiology Director/Manager In-house radiologist coverage from 7 AM to 7 PM with on-call coverage overnight Requirements Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience required BLS certification (AHA) required ARRT certification required, CT specialty preferred WV license required if applicable EPIC EMR experience preferred Must be able to start IVs Unexpired driver's license required for consideration Additional Information Performs CT exams across all hospital areas for adult and pediatric patients, excluding IR which is adult-only Floor-specific orientation generally lasts up to 2 weeks depending on modality Black scrubs required for all technologists Radiation badge must be provided by the staffing agency, as the facility does not supply one First-time travelers may be considered for this position Previous perm employees must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler Previous travelers who completed a full year must take a 2-year break before returning Candidates residing outside a 50-mile radius from the facility are required for this travel position American Traveler Job ID P-749743.
