You walk in with a plan—today is a full teardown and rebuild you scoped yourself. By midday, panels are off, tolerances checked, and components methodically laid out for overhaul. By afternoon, you’re bringing the machine back to life, validating every step with the precision that comes from years of hands-on experience.

What you’ll take on

• Independently perform complete chiller overhauls—from teardown to reassembly and restart—without supervision.
• Service and troubleshoot equipment from multiple manufacturers, adapting to different OEM designs and procedures.
• Apply your expertise in municipal, university, school district, and industrial environments where reliability matters.

• 10+ years of focused chiller experience with proven results in the field.
• Demonstrated ability to execute full overhauls on your own.
• Hands-on work across multiple chiller brands and models.
• Background supporting municipal, higher education, K–12, or industrial facilities.
• Current Journeyman License.
