Power BI Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Power BI Developer to join their team. As a Power BI Developer, you will be part of the Risk Technology department supporting data visualization and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Power BI Developer Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: $55 to 58 hourly only W2 What's the Job? Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support organizational decision-making. Connect to various data sources, transform data with Power Query, and create comprehensive data models. Implement advanced DAX calculations to measure business metrics and KPIs accurately. Publish, schedule, and manage reports ensuring secure access and scalability across teams. Optimize the performance of reports and dashboards for efficient data delivery. What's Needed? Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling. Proficiency in SQL and Database Management. Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation is preferred. Knowledge of Azure cloud services is a plus. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R and understanding of REST APIs for application integration. What's in it for me?
