This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cogito Project Manager, Enterprise Data Analytics, Remote Eligible, Baptist health Digital Solutions Center based in United States.

As a Cogito Project Manager, you will coordinate analytics projects from initial intake and requirements gathering through implementation and optimization.
You will serve as a central point of coordination between business stakeholders, analytics professionals, developers, and operational leaders.
The role combines project management, data governance, Agile process improvement, and healthcare analytics expertise.
You will provide leadership with clear visibility into project progress, milestones, risks, resource needs, and upcoming priorities.
You will help scope dashboards, reports, and SQL-based analytics solutions while ensuring requirements are well defined and actionable.
By improving workflows and removing delivery barriers, you will help analytics teams deliver reliable, high-quality solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
This is a full-time, remote-eligible opportunity for an experienced professional with strong Epic Cogito and analytics project management expertise.

Accountabilities:

• Manage intake, data governance, and project coordination for the analytics team, helping prioritize requests and ensuring workstreams remain aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead Epic Cogito projects from initiation through completion, monitoring progress, coordinating deliverables, managing stakeholder input, and tracking action items.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, status reports, documentation, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Prepare and distribute weekly or bi-weekly project updates, providing leadership and stakeholders with visibility into progress, upcoming milestones, barriers, resource requirements, and project health.
• Provide regular updates to the Director of Data Analytics on completed work, current challenges, and planned activities.
• Facilitate meetings with business intelligence developers, analysts, and operational leaders to gather updates, validate timelines, clarify requirements, and address dependencies or delivery barriers.
• Lead project scoping discussions for dashboards, reports, and analytics initiatives, defining objectives, documenting requirements, establishing expectations, and resolving ambiguities.
• Work with stakeholders throughout requirements gathering, development, implementation, and optimization of Epic Cogito reporting and analytics tools.
• Review incoming requests, stories, and tickets to ensure they contain sufficient business context, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation before entering the backlog.
• Monitor sprint progress, ticket volumes, workload, throughput, and project health while identifying opportunities to improve Agile processes and team efficiency.
• Promote self-service analytics tools and identify opportunities to improve processes, requirements gathering, and delivery workflows.
• Maintain required Epic certifications related to Cogito and Cogito Project Management.
• Apply knowledge of the Analytics Development Life Cycle and Epic Cogito solutions, including Radar, Reporting Workbench, Cognitive Computing, and security.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce delays, minimize rework, and improve transparency across analytics projects.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience leading and successfully implementing Epic Cogito projects from initiation through completion.
• Experience managing reporting and analytics projects across requirements gathering, development, implementation, optimization, and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong experience developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, timelines, documentation, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams, monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, and managing stakeholder input and action items.
• Demonstrated experience using and improving Agile methodologies and processes within Cogito, analytics, or similar technology project teams.
• Experience supporting or developing dashboards, reports, and SQL-based reporting and analytics solutions, with the ability to understand and scope technical requirements.
• Working knowledge of Epic Cogito reporting solutions, including Radar, Reporting Workbench, Cognitive Computing, and related security considerations.
• Strong requirements-gathering, project-scoping, organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable plans while managing changing priorities and resolving ambiguity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple workstreams while maintaining clear visibility into project status and risks.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Epic Cogito certification preferred.
• Epic Cogito Project Manager certification preferred.
