ONSITE POSITION – KNOXVILLE, TN

$55,000–$70,000 On-Target Earnings | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Blue Diamond Attachments is seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to manage and grow dealer relationships throughout our Great Lakes sales territory.

This position is based onsite at our Knoxville, Tennessee headquarters. While you will be responsible for supporting dealerships and driving sales throughout the Great Lakes region, all sales activities are managed from our Knoxville office. This is not a remote or field-based position.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll take ownership of an assigned geographic territory, develop lasting dealer partnerships, and grow your earnings through sales performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
• CCE knowledge and experience preferred.
• A professional and personable telephone presence —excellent communication skills are a must!
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus but not required.
• A commitment to excellence—you must pass a background check and drug screen.
