Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts. Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts monthly. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and payroll entries as needed. Core Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 2–5 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
