Your Role & Key Responsibilities
Working under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON) you will uphold medical routines administer care and serve as a vital link for residents and their families. Responsibilities include:
- Clinical Care: Administering medications changing dressings/bandages checking vitals and assisting with basic medical procedures.
- Resident Support: Assisting with personal care (bathing dressing feeding) and safely moving residents between beds wheelchairs and gurneys.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintaining thorough EMR updates evaluating resident well-being reporting changes to medical staff and explaining treatments to families.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: High School Graduate or GED equivalent.
- Licensure: Active License as an LPN in the State of Maine (new grads welcome!).
