Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our accounting team. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and wants to grow with a company that\'s making waves in the fitness industry. Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices and ensure all payments are timely and accurate Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery receipts Monitor and respond to vendor inquiries Prepare weekly payment runs (check, ACH, wire) Maintain up-to-date vendor records including W-9s and 1099 compliance Support month-end close and AP reconciliations Collaborate with corporate teams to resolve any AP issues Assist with audit preparation and documentation Requirements: Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of AP or general accounting experience Experience in a multi-location/franchise environment is a plus Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage X3, or similar) Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines A proactive, team-player mindset with great communication skills Why Join Us: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding fitness brand A passionate and purpose-driven culture that supports work-life balance #J-18808-Ljbffr
