General Associate

Job Title: General Laborer – Production Assembly (Full-Time) Location: East Liberty, Ohio Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00a – 2:30p; 2nd Shift | 2:00p – 10:30p; 3rd Shift | 10:00p – 6:30a Pay Rate: $18.02 per hour (1st shift); $20.32 per hour (2nd and 3rd shift) Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support our production and assembly operations. This is a full-time opportunity with on-the-job training provided. Forklift or tugger experience is a plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions Move materials and products between receiving, production, storage, and designated areas Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins based on size, type, style, color, or product code Fulfill work orders and distribute materials, tools, and stock items to production or assembly lines Assemble customer orders and prepare them for shipping or packing Label materials with identifying information Open and handle containers such as bales, crates, and boxes Track and record quantities of materials received and distributed Physical Requirements: Ability to stand in one place for extended periods Frequent walking and movement throughout the facility Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Additional Information: Forklift or Tugger operation may be required (training provided if needed) Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to diversity and inclusion and do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or genetic information. #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East
