Product Sales Specialist

The Product Sales Specialist supports Central Moloney's sales process by reviewing and quoting customer requests using our internal quoting systems. This role works closely with engineering to evaluate requests and ensure accuracy before submitting bids for approval, then manages the process through purchase order receipt. The Product Sales Specialist may also support account management for assigned regions or key accounts. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that offers hands-on training as part of a small, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret customer specifications and retain key details to prepare accurate, detailed quotations.
• Provide excellent customer service via email and phone communication.
• Navigate customer portals for online bids, purchase orders, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering on transformer designs for purchase orders and blanket agreements.
• Maintain blanket orders, including updating quarterly escalations in AS400/Syteline as well as manually within the contract.
• Process purchase orders for system entry.
• Review terms and conditions of the spot quotes.
• Assist sales department with updates and responses to customer questions.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
