Job Overview Full-time, English and Spanish-speaking home visitors are needed to provide in-home health and parenting support services as part of a nationally recognized home visitation program for at‑risk, pregnant women or women with children and their families in Sussex, Warren, and Hunterdon Counties. Applicants should demonstrate initiative, dependability, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. Responsibilities Continuously assess client needs, develop goals, provide appropriate intervention strategies, and adjust services accordingly. Communicate with staff and clients with sensitivity, flexibility, and responsiveness to gender, race, ethnicity, socio‑economic status, religion, age, sexual orientation, or special needs. Assume an active role in agency events. Provide culturally competent service delivery. Uphold ethical standards in accordance with the Social Work Code of Ethics. Perform physical tasks: stand, sit, walk, bend, use hands and arms, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Qualifications English required; Spanish speaking is a plus. Bachelor's degree required. Must have a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Benefits On‑site childcare. Generous vacation package.
