Phlebotomist II – Anderson, SC (Monday–Thursday 8:00 am–6:30 pm) Pay Range: $19.32+ per hour (salary offers based on factors including skills, experience; eligible for annual performance bonus) Benefits Information Day 1 Medical, supplemental health, dental & eye coverage for FT employees (30+ hrs) Well‑being programs Annual, no‑cost health assessment Blueprint for Wellness® healthyMINDS mental health program Vacation and Health/Flex Time 6 holidays + 1 “MyDay” off FinFit financial coaching & services 401(k) pre‑tax and/or Roth with company match up to 5% after 12 months Employee stock purchase plan Life & disability insurance, buy‑up option Flexible Spending Accounts Annual incentive plans Matching gifts program Education assistance through MyQuest for Education Career advancement opportunities Responsibilities Collect specimens per procedure (drug screens, biometric screening, insurance exams) Administer oral solutions per training Verify orders and enter data accurately using lab technology and client contact Obtain identification, enter billing info and collect payments as required Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, transport prep Perform non‑patient duties (inventory, supplies, sanitization, filing, answering phones, email) Follow departmental policies, protocols and procedures Assist with compilation & submission of statistics and data when required Maintain phlebotomy logs (logs, temperature logs) Complete online and in‑person training courses on schedule Qualifications Three years phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary) Keyboard/data entry experience Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, on‑call, overtime) Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record (if applicable) High school diploma or equivalent (medical assistant or paramedic training preferred) Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA) The position requires effective communication in English.
