Senior Event Producer - Luxury Experiential Agency

We’re partnering with a globally recognised experiential agency delivering high-end, detail-driven brand experiences for leading luxury, beauty and fashion clients. Based in LA, hybrid working week.

They’re looking for a Senior Producer to join the LA team - someone comfortable operating at a senior level, owning projects end-to-end and bringing a sharp eye for detail to everything they do.

This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who knows how to take an idea and turn it into something real, while keeping standards high throughout.

The role:

• Leading projects from early-stage scoping through to final delivery
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
• Working closely with creative teams to shape concepts and experiences
• Managing budgets with care and commercial awareness
• Overseeing multiple workstreams across production, creative and technical teams
• Keeping projects on track through clear planning and timelines
• Supporting and mentoring more junior team members
• Helping refine processes and overall output quality

About you:

• Experience in a Senior Producer or Producer role within an experiential, events or production agency
• Strong luxury, beauty and/or fashion experience
• Comfortable leading conversations with senior clients and stakeholders
• Able to balance creative thinking with delivery
• Solid understanding of production and build
• Organised and solutions-focused
• Commercially aware, with a good handle on budgets
• Detail-driven and collaborative
