Labor & Employment Attorney

Seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 1+ years of experience to handle California employment litigation and PAGA/class action defense.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage employment litigation matters from inception through settlement, trial, arbitration, and appeal.
• Handle discovery, pleadings, motions, depositions, court hearings, and federal court matters.
• Defend employers against PAGA, class actions, FEHA, labor code, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.
• Lead workplace investigations and develop effective case strategies for client defense.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients to reduce employment-related risks.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of dedicated Labor & Employment law experience required.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Experience representing employers in California and federal employment matters.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, issue-spotting, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: $145,000 - $175,000 annually, based on experience and expertise.
