Utilize WealthCounsel and modern legal technology. Host seminars and workshops to engage the community. Manage and develop a paralegal and client success coordinator. Requirements Experience in estate planning and probate law. Proficiency in WealthCounsel or willingness to learn quickly. Ability to leverage AI and legal technology. Strong presentation and client relationship skills. Leadership experience in team management. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Skills Proficient in Clio, Lawmatics, and Decision Vault. Strong business mindset and growth-oriented. Commitment to continuous learning and development.
