We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and restaurant, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the kitchen, food preparation areas, and storage areas clean and organized
• Clean floors, work surfaces, walls, and kitchen appliances as required
• Assist with general restaurant cleaning, including dining areas and restrooms when needed
• Empty bins and safely dispose of waste and recycling
• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks as required
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and report shortages or maintenance issues

Requirements:

• No formal qualifications required; previous experience is an advantage but not essential
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

Compensation Details:

Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $20.00)
