Responsibilities Assist with the daily operations of the assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. Maintain a clean, welcoming environment, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable. Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely in accordance with productivity standards. Merchandise and stock as needed. Support the cash register and manage sales transactions. Maintain security of cash and protect company assets. Provide professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments highly preferred. Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents. Capacity to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height and to perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling and repetitive lifting. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Strong organizational and communication skills. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. High level of integrity.
