Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.30 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thu 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, assisting with directions, badging procedures, and/or entry screening practices as assigned. Support a professional environment by communicating with staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors regarding site rules, reporting procedures, and security-related requests. Minimum Requirements: A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
