Brand Design Director: Storytelling, Systems & Leadership

Crocs

Crocs is seeking an 8+ year brand design leader to shape campaigns, packaging and digital experiences. You will develop scalable visual systems and drive storytelling through typography, color, and composition across campaigns, product launches, and retail touchpoints.

The role collaborates with Creative Directors, Brand, Marketing, and Product teams, mentoring designers and advancing creative craft in a fast-paced environment.
