- Robust Behavioral Health team including 6 Psychologists, 10 Master s Level Therapists, 2 Psychiatrists and 4 NPs, as well as administrative and billing support teams.
- Comprehensive continuum of services including Inpatient, Residential, Substance Use, CTSS, ARMHS, Mobile Crisis and Outpatient Clinical Services.
- Outpatient or Inpatient/Outpatient mixture with option for remote work
- Sanford is a nonprofit and qualifies for Public Student Loan Forgiveness and National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment with a HPSA Mental Health score of 17.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $114,254 - $147,589 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
